This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a member of our Senior Management Team, with responsibility for managing our established services in South east Wales.
These include services in Cardiff, RCT and the Vale of Glamorgan. Together with the Locality Managers and a team of dedicated Team Leaders & Support Workers you will deliver personalised services to our customers and develop and improve service delivery.
As Deputy Locality Manager you will be responsible for service quality and CIW compliance within the locality therefore you must have experience and the relevant qualification of working at a management level within a social care environment with a demonstrable working knowledge of relevant legislation and social care standards. Excellent IT skills and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential.
You will be required to build good relationships with service commissioners (Local Authority and NHS) to promote Recovery Care services and build on our excellent reputation. Setting business development targets and monitoring achievements is key to this role, together with the necessary drive to actively generate new business. You will be committed to promoting efficient working practices and maximising the benefits of the care we deliver.
