At a recent awards ceremony Staff at Recovery care were recognised for their efforts and dedication in providing care and in striving to attain recognised qualifications in their chosen career field.
Four staff members, Theresa Parker, Rachel Frodsham, Lisa Anderson , Alun Brown and Gemma Lamoretta were all presented with an award by Sian Lloyd at the special event held in Cardiff in November.
Senior managers and Directors from Recovery Care accompanied staff on the night out and presented each person with a small gift in recognition of their hard work and success in achieving their qualifications.
Conor Rooney, Director: said; “I’m so proud of all the staff, not only for achieving their qualifications but for the day to day dedication they show in providing the highest levels of support.”
Andrea Williams, Director ; said: “It’s not everyone that can work in Supported Living, it can sometimes be a difficult job where you have to be able to show patience and understanding and sometimes don’t always get the thanks from people you are supporting. However, the rewards that you get in seeing somebody progress and become more independent in their lives makes it all worthwhile. We are very lucky to have such great people working at Recovery Care and it’s nice to see the industry recognising their efforts. I would like to say a huge thank you and well done to everyone.”
